The conference will be held in the "Kollegiengebäude" of the catholic university (Ostenstraße/Universitätsallee).

Arrival by train

Please note: you must change trains in Eichstätt Bahnhof and proceed to Eichstätt Stadt!

Eichstätt is located half-way between Nuremberg and Munich. Please buy a ticket to “Eichstätt Stadt”. From there you can reach the university by foot in around 10 minutes (direction city centre).

Arrival by car
You will reach Eichstätt from the north west and from Ingolstadt via the B13. Coming from Nuremberg on the A9, exit the highway at the “Altmühltal” off-ramp and proceed on the Jurahochstraße (E21) to Eichstätt in around 20 minutes. Coming from Munich, exit the highway at the “Lenting” off-ramp and follow the signposts. 

Parking 

Parking possible at the “Waisenhaus” in immediate vicinity of the conference venue (with fee, 5 hour limit). There is free parking at the “Volksfestplatz” (10 minutes by foot).

There is also the parking garage in the city centre (Pedettistraße, with fee).

Lodging

Several hotels and inns have provisionally reserved double and single rooms for your overnight stay. Enquiries and bookings must be made by yourself. When contacting us, please ask for the "Kontingent Knotenpunkt" and book early, as the reservation option is limited in time.
